The MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) sector is the backbone of any economy, driving growth and innovation. To support this vital sector, ECWA International College of Technology recently organized a comprehensive capacity building training program focused on creating, growing, and formalizing enterprises. The training covered these essential modules: Creating an Enterprise, Prototyping, Business Model Canvas, and Pitching and Formalizing a Business.
Module 1: Creating an Enterprise
This module equipped participants with the skills to identify opportunities, develop a business idea, and create a viable enterprise. They learned how to conduct market research, analyze competition, and define their target audience.

Module 2: Prototyping
In this module, participants discovered the importance of prototyping in refining their product or service. They learned how to create a prototype, test and validate their idea, and iterate to perfection.
Module 3: Business Model Canvas
The Business Model Canvas module taught participants how to design and innovate their business model. They learned how to identify key partners, activities, resources, and revenue streams, and how to create a sustainable business model.

Module 4: Pitching and Formalizing a Business
The final module focused on pitching and formalizing a business. Participants learned how to craft a compelling pitch, secure funding, and register their business. They also understood the importance of legal compliance, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
